
Assistant Manager
Job description
You assist in preparing the work schedule.
You register incoming and outgoing orders
You manage current quotations and prospects in consultation with the sales department
You help with registering incoming and outgoing invoices
You report directly to management
You are the first point of contact for customers and prospects
You are the first point of contact for suppliers
Your profile :
You have experience in successfully handling administrative tasks
You are very customer oriented
You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English and can also communicate well in French.
You can work extremely accurately and independently
You are a team player and eager to learn.
