The Vacuum Belt is a fully electrically powered applicator for Print & Apply systems, designed for high-speed applications. The system enables top, bottom, and side labeling on high-capacity conveyor lines, all without compressed air.

 

Thanks to its fully electric design, operating costs can be up to 80% lower compared to traditional pneumatic Print & Apply solutions. Labels up to 170 x 230 mm are printed using a standard print module and then transported to the product via a series of timed conveyor belts. These ensure stable and accurate label transfer, even at high speeds. Because the application process is independent of the printing process, the Print - IT Belt can label more than 120 products per minute (depending on the label size).

 

The system is also modular and available in various configurations. One option is a 350 mm motorized unwinder, which contributes to a longer printhead lifespan and shorter maintenance intervals.
