This self-adhesive label applicator is designed for wipe-on applications on moving products. It's a versatile solution, designed to meet most labeling needs within the standard range of preprinted labels.

 

Two separate stepper motors—one for drawing the backing material and one for winding—ensure correct and constant liner tension. This guarantees high accuracy (± 1 mm) and simultaneously enables very high dispensing speeds (peaks up to 70 m/min), without the risk of paper stretching or tearing.

 

The Print - IT Blade Apply is available in both right-hand and left-hand versions and supports two different label widths (120 mm and 180 mm). The dispensing blade can be configured as a fixed or spring-loaded version:

 

• the fixed blade is intended for application on flat products,

• The spring-loaded blade is used when the applicator and adapter need to follow the shape of the product.
