Swing arms are mainly used for applying labels to the front of products moving on a conveyor belt.

 

This applicator is designed as a programmable swivel arm which, driven by an electric motor, can position the tamp plate at any desired angle between 0° and 180°.

 

Thanks to its electric drive, the system operates faster and more accurately than a pneumatic solution, especially when adjusting and controlling the angle of the arm/pad assembly. Unlike pneumatic applicators, acceleration and deceleration are adjustable, ensuring safe, fully controlled movement and eliminating the need for dampers.

 

Depending on the production environment, the system can also print and apply in real time, and even apply two labels to the same product.
